Barrel King Gold Membership – Cancellation & Credit Redemption Policy

Credit Redemption Window

Each membership payment includes a bottle credit that must be redeemed within 30 days of the first day of the applicable month. Members are encouraged to redeem their bottle credits promptly to ensure full access to our premium selection.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be considered if the bottle credit remains unredeemed during this initial 30-day period.

Post-30-Day Redemption

• After 30 days, any unredeemed bottle credits cannot be refunded.

• These credits may still be redeemed but only against the available inventory from the month of which the credit was acquired. We cannot guarantee availability of specific bottles or offerings beyond the 30-day redemption window.

Cancellation Terms

• Members may cancel their Gold Membership at any time.

• Cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds unless bottle credits remain unredeemed within the original 30-day period.

• Any credits not used prior to cancellation are subject to the same terms described above.
